We as a nation love our sports.  We love to watch, we love to play, and we love to get our kids involved.  Years ago kids would play different sports every season of the year, and would often get involved with local recreational leagues with volunteer coaches who just wanted to teach young kids the fundamentals of the game and life lessons along the way.  But times have changed. Youth sports is big business in America.   So much so that we are spending crazy money to create the next LeBron James, Tiger Woods, or Mike Trout.  Last year the USA Today ran an article detailing just how much American families were spending on youth sports . I was never a star, as a kid or as I got older, but I loved playing and I learned great lessons along the way.  I learned how to get along with others, how to strive as part of a team, even if I was not the star, and I've learned lessons about teamwork that have helped me as an adult in my career.  Today the pendulum swings from participation
